Eat For Equity: Rebuilding Together Fairfield County
Saturday, April 6, 2013 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (PDT)
Eat For Equity Stamford is excited to announce that its second event of 2013 will honor Rebuilding Together Fairfield County, a nonprofit, nonsectarian, volunteer organization that works in partnership with local sponsors and volunteer groups to preserve and revitalize houses and communities in Fairfield County, assuring that low-income homeowners, particularly those who are elderly, with disabilities or who are families with children, live in warmth, safety and independence. All repairs are completed at no cost to these families - all work is done with them, not for them.
Appetizer: Spring Spinach & Ricotta Bruschetta
Salad: Green Salad with Cress & Creamy Chive Vinaigrette
Main Dish: Arugula Pesto with Sausage or Mushroom
Dessert: Black Bean Brownies
*As always, there is no cost to attend an Eat For Equity event. We suggest a donation of $15-20 - but give what you can. 100% of net proceeds will go directly to Rebuilding Together Fairfield County!
